This inspired me to create humanLAB
Having spent most of my career in Asia, my experiences working on some of the world’s biggest brands have made me one of the world’s leading authorities on how to seamlessly integrate retail & eCommerce.
In fact, even China, where they are 3 years ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to eCommerce & retail solutions, they have yet to understand how to seamlessly connect stores & eCommerce.
The attempts have many names, some retail experts call it omnichannel, others 020 & e-tailing is another. The Chinese refer to it as “new retail”. Most recently, the phrase retail-tainment has crept into publications & content. All these terms still fall short of their aim, as they describe the experience without a method to create it.

I’ve lived & worked in 8 countries over the last 20 years.
I’ve collaborate & worked with great clients, businesses, brands and platforms.
I found the time to create my own startup in China.
